POLICY OVERVIEW
For Current CAD Balances
All CAD deposits made on the Alpine Bitcoin Platform can be refunded upon written request by the customer provided that the funds remain within the CAD Voucher balance, and have not been used to purchase any Bitcoin, Bitcoin-derivative product, or Bitcoin service. If only a portion of CAD balance remains in the customer’s account then a partial refund can be requested by the customer.
A request for refund must be submitted within 14 days of completing the original funding, given that the funds have yet to be used. Requests must be sent to admin@alpinebitcoin.com.
For Purchased Bitcoin
All un-redeemed Bitcoin Bullion have a lifetime return policy. The Bullion must be in original mint condition with the tamper-evident sticker in tact, and as a result, all Bitcoin still in the original address. You must be the original owner to be eligible for a return, if you purchased your Alpine Bitcoin Bar second hand, we are unable to offer a return on the product at this time. Due to the 24/7 open market of Bitcoin pricing, return compensation is calculated on the current-face-value of the Bitcoin bar upon receipt by our warehouse.

Due to the nature of Bitcoin transactions, all purchases of Bitcoin and Bitcoin-derivative products that are redeemed are final and non-reversible. Once your Bitcoin has left the Alpine Bitcoin platform or Alpine Bitcoin Product, the finality of the Bitcoin blockchain makes it impossible for us to recover or reverse any assets and/or funds. As a non-custodial platform, this happens instantaneously upon the purchase of Bitcoin.
